Great news for Oregon
property owners! We hope to do the same in Washington. Imagine
having to go to the State Supreme Court to revalidate such a basic right as
paying for property when the government steals it from a property
owner! Its called the 5th Amendment and the 14th Amendment of the US
Constitution.

Subject: Oregon Supreme Court upholds state's property rights law
NEWS

To Rural Landowners, Government Types,
Interested Parties and the News Media:
Some of you may have already received
the news but this e-mail may reach those that have not heard it yet.
"We can win and sometimes even in the courts."
The headline in an Oregon Newspaper goes like
this:
Oregon
Supreme Court unanimously
upholds
state's property rights
law

SALEM, Ore.— The Oregon Supreme Court today
upheld a voter-approved property rights law that requires governments to pay
landowners for property value losses caused by regulations, or to waive the
regulation and let the owner develop the property.
This is a reason to celebrate because
our own Property Rights Initiative for Washington State will hit the streets in
a few days and this Oregon Supreme Court decision will give additional
energy it. We need to support the PR Initiative with
everything we have because our "enemy", the environmentalists and the government
that aids and abets them, will pull out all the stops and spend huge sums of
money to derail it. Let's everyone get behind it, send them money and get
those signatures. The Washington PR Initiative is more than just a
thorn in the "enemy's" side. It is a spear in the gut and it's been too
long in coming. Let's deliver the "spear" with a huge outpouring of
support from all Americans (and especially rural
landowners) who believe in freedom, liberty, the pursuit of
happiness and the sanctity of our Constitution.
